  • Manage business support activities for key executive officers
            - Compilation of yearly Goals and Objectives / Accomplishments
            - Business plan and spend tracking
            - Review of enterprise projects to ensure those projects are designed, planned and executed consistent with the strategic plans and
              priorities of management
            - Coordination and management of prepared materials for  internal and external presentations
            - Write, develop, and edit communications for a diverse, multi-level audience to inspire the adoption of strategic goals and objectives
  • Recommendation of projects in support of management’s strategic intent via independent and creative thinking
            - Develop and execute significant projects and take ownership of key deliverables
            - Drive detailed analysis of metrics, monitor the progress of projects and initiatives and summarize trends for an executive audience
  • Relationship-builder and collaborator across multiple organizational levels
            - Consult with senior leadership to move the integration and execution of business
            - Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal clients
            - Candid with peers and seeker of common ground to solve problems
            - Lead workshops and meetings to advance the alignment of projects with the organization’s strategic vision
            - Build collaborative relationships to identify and address urgent issues and risks
            - Interpret organizational cues (intentions, needs, strengths, etc.)            
            - Assess what players value and how to motivate them
            - Identify potential risks and escalate when appropriate
            - Build rapport and sustainable trust with a diverse range of people; diplomatically and comfortably defuse tense situations
            - Negotiate and resolve conflict and influence diverse teams of individuals without holding direct authority
            - Identify common ground to negotiate terms and obtain concessions while maintaining positive relationships
  • Adjustment of plans as needed based on key client and stakeholder feedback
  • Obtain and apply first-hand information to improve products and services
  • Synthesize data and internal client input into a final deliverable
