
Nicole Becker received her Master of Business Administration in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wellesley College. Nicole got her first taste of moving projects off the backburner working on the Times Square Redevelopment project with the Prudential Realty Group. As a key stakeholder in the Times Square Center Associates partnership, Nicole was part of the team that brought momentum to the rebirth of 42nd Street. Subsequently, Nicole worked for Lehman Brothers managing the liquidation of distressed assets. After completing her MBA, she applied her corporate development skills at Sony Pictures Entertainment and segued into a planning and operations role with Sony's optical media division, Sony DADC. Former supervisors have praised her for her analytical and resourceful problem-solving skills as well as her dry sense of humor. Colleagues cite Nicole as the person they would most like to be stranded with at the airport.

Scott Hardman received his Master of Business Administration in Finance from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the School of Professional Accountancy at Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus. Scott has over 20 years of end-to-end supply chain experience at Sony, where he demonstrated the ability to improve supply chain performance through the deployment of simple proven methods to reduce inventories and increase customer service. His ability to build and lead high-performance teams results in the removal of non-value added steps and manual processes to reduce costs and increase operational efficiencies. He has experience in development of operational data storage warehouses, supporting Key Performance Metrics, Network Optimization and Continuous Improvement Initiatives. His Customer Relationship Management experience with Mass Merchants (Wal-Mart, Target, Best Buy), Warehouse Chains (Costco, BJ’s, Sam’s) and Smaller Retail Accounts supported retail scorecard development and enhancements and improved inventory performance. He has the ability to communicate with all levels of management and prides himself on making fact-based decisions, building quality in processes and delivering concise and content-rich presentations to support key decisions.
